FAQ
What types of mirrors do you offer? We specialize in three core categories of mirrors to suit every space and need: makeup mirrors, bathroom mirrors, and wall mirrors. Our makeup mirrors include compact, tabletop, and adjustable models, many with built-in lighting to enhance precision for makeup application and grooming. Our bathroom mirrors are designed to resist moisture, fog, and daily wear, available in various sizes and styles—from frameless to framed, and with optional anti-fog technology. Our wall mirrors range from decorative statement pieces to functional, space-saving designs, suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, entryways, and more.
How do I choose the right size mirror for my space? The ideal mirror size depends on the room and its purpose. For makeup mirrors, tabletop models (6-10 inches) work well for vanities, while compact mirrors are perfect for travel. For bathroom mirrors, aim for a size that complements your vanity or wall—typically 24-36 inches wide for standard vanities, or larger for double sinks. For wall mirrors, consider the wall space: a mirror that’s 2/3 to 3/4 the width of your sofa or console table creates balance in living rooms, while smaller mirrors (18-24 inches) work well for entryways or bedrooms.
Are your mirrors easy to install, especially wall mirrors and bathroom mirrors? Yes, all our mirrors come with detailed installation instructions to make setup simple. Tabletop and compact makeup mirrors require no installation—just unbox and use. Bathroom mirrors and wall mirrors include all necessary mounting hardware (such as screws and anchors) for drywall or stud mounting. For heavier wall mirrors or if you’re unsure about installation, we recommend hiring a professional to ensure safety and proper placement.
How do I care for and clean my mirrors? To keep your mirrors in pristine condition, avoid using harsh chemicals (such as ammonia or abrasives) that can damage the glass or frame. For regular cleaning, use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild glass cleaner (or a mixture of water and vinegar) to wipe away smudges and fingerprints. For bathroom mirrors, wipe away excess moisture after use to prevent water spots, and use an anti-fog spray if your mirror does not have built-in anti-fog technology. Avoid dropping or hitting mirrors, as glass is fragile.
What if my mirror arrives damaged? We take extra precautions to package all mirrors securely with shock-absorbent materials, but damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your mirror arrives cracked, broken, or damaged, please inspect the package immediately upon delivery and take clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or full refund. We will guide you through the process with no additional cost to you for defective or damaged items.
Can I return or exchange a mirror? Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the mirror is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized mirrors are not eligible for return unless defective. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Please follow the instructions on our website to initiate a return or exchange.
Do you ship internationally, and how long does shipping take? We ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions due to shipping restrictions. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping takes 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
Are your mirrors covered by a warranty? All our mirrors come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, installation, or handling. If you believe your mirror has a manufacturing defect, contact us with details and photos for assistance.
