Each mirror—whether a compact makeup mirror, a large bathroom mirror, or a decorative wall mirror—is carefully wrapped in shock-absorbent materials, secured in sturdy packaging, and labeled as fragile to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods, but we will always strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, while standard international shipping may take 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for most locations, reducing delivery time to 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-7 business days for international orders. Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or weather conditions.

Given that our products are fragile, we take extra precautions to ensure safe delivery, but we understand that damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your mirror arrives broken, cracked, or damaged in any way, please inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery and take clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will guide you through the process and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. We will not be able to honor damage claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without sufficient photo evidence.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify the shipping address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot alter the address, and you will need to coordinate directly with the shipping carrier for further assistance.
