All products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they meet our eligibility criteria. To be eligible, the mirror must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all original accessories (such as mounting hardware, power cords for lighted makeup mirrors, or anti-fog kits for bathroom mirrors) included. The mirror must be free from scratches, cracks, chips, or any signs of wear, and the frame (if applicable) must be in its original condition without dents or discoloration. Failure to meet these criteria may result in a denied return or exchange, or a partial refund to cover damages.
Certain products are excluded from our return and exchange policy. Custom-made or personalized mirrors (including those with custom sizes, engravings, or color finishes) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or we made an error in your order. Additionally, any mirror that has been installed, modified, or used in a way that deviates from its intended purpose is not eligible for return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the step-by-step process outlined on our website. You will need to provide your order details to locate your purchase, select whether you are requesting a return (for a refund) or an exchange (for a different product), and provide a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Once your request is submitted and approved, you will receive a return authorization, along with instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or we made an error in your order (e.g., sending the wrong product, incorrect size, or a product that does not match the website description). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning fragile mirrors, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the return transit. Any shipping costs paid for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned mirror, we will verify that it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account. For exchanges, once the returned product is approved, we will process your exchange and ship the new product to you as soon as possible, with shipping timelines matching our standard delivery policies. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for exchanges, unless you are requesting a higher-priced product, in which case you will be responsible for the price difference.
If your mirror arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please refer to our damaged goods process. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, provide clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label, and follow the instructions to return the damaged product. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and either send you a replacement mirror at no additional cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy, or to charge a restocking fee for products that are returned in non-original condition.
